This company has been charging my company credit card for the past 7 months - my accountant didn't know what it was - but she assumed it had to do with the business.  She asked me about it when I saw her today.

I called to ask just what I was paying $24.95 for the past 7 months - the customer service employee DAVID,  told me he could not tell me!!  I asked if their was some one there that could?? He told me NO.  I told DAVID I wanted my money back - he told me he would send a letter.  He then proceeded to give me the order number of the refund 104525702.  (never said how much I would receive back - they would have to determine this).    I asked him for the name of the President or CEO of the company - HE HUNG UP ON ME.
