Here I was a Single, Disabled Woman trying to find a vehicle that would be comfortable for me due to Multiple Chronic Pain issues that I have to deal with.  I went to Can Van Cheverolet because in the year 2002 I purchased a Used Car (Olds Alero) from them, given circumstances that are very sad, long story to explain....turned in my 4 Wheel Drive, Tow Pkg, Very Comfortable Vehicle, Champagne in color, Ford Explorer SUV for the LEMON they sold me. 

I went back Numerious times to the service dept. because the side panel (where the fuse box is) was rusted out due to the front Window being defective on several accounts.  That caused several problems when it rained, going through the car wash, next thing you know something else wasn't working properly.  Well, anyhow..since they did me wrong 2002, I thought they would look at the service dept. records, find my name and correct the issue by assisting me in purchasing a safe, right vehicle for my Son & I.  So far not so good. 

I have owned this vehicle for less than 4 1/2 months and the alignment is out, the service that should have been done at 40,000 on a Hyundai Sonata 2010 was not done.  I purchased the vehicle with over 40,000 miles on it and when they say it is a 5 Star Dealership???  I would gather that Everything would be taken seriously and done properly to sell a Fair Deal Vehicle to any person that it would have gone too. 

My issue though is that on the purchase date of 10/15/10 Steve Turai, Finance Dept. sold me the Gap Care Ins., I was told that it wouldn't be a problem if I wanted to Cancel it due to my choice of getting through my Farmers Insurance Agent, (in which I did).  I went back the Next Business Day, signed the Cancellation Form, was Assured that it was going to be Faxed Right Over!!  To this day 2/24/11 Universal Warranty Corp. hasn't heard of any cancellation, my Financial Institution hasn't recv'd any funds which would be the sum of $795.00 Plus Interest for 72 Months (if financed the whole term)! 

I have contacted the Finance Dept. serveral times, was assured that everything was taken care of.  I called them today at 3:35pm, spoke with Sterling in the Finance Dept. which I am still awaiting a call back to find out the status.  Sterling told me that he is contacting the Cancellation Dept., in which I would get it  back to December 2010??  We will see what happens from here however, I advise Anyone & Everyone Not to Purchase a Vehicle from Can Van Cheverlolet.  Channel 3...Please Help Me & Be On My Side!!  Sincerely & Dearly...
