Vanderbuilt MORTGAGE & FINANCE vanderbuilt mortgage company turned our 7 year contraact into a 30 year contract they stressed us out of our hopes for a paid off home a ,repo trailer,which cost us 20,000 dollars and made it into a life long loan of 30 years. with over a $140,000 dollar mortgage. will not even give us a decent pay off amount. There is a lot that I want to say but it seems that we will not have enought space, so I will limit my statement and shorten it out and get right to the point.
I would rather these people would not find out untill I have spaoken to a lawyer first, if you know of a lawyer that is interested I would very much like to speak to him.
The trailer is morgaged out into my wifes name, and they will not give me any information even thought my wife has e-mailed them to give me any information that i want, they simply will not do it.they ignor any questions that i ask them.
my wife signed a contract for 7 years at which the life of the contract would end. and the mortgage would be paid off. vanderbuilt refusses to talk about the contract they just want to keep taking the money out of her account, we have not been late nor missed one payment since the contract 5 years ago more or less, we were wondering what the pay off would be for we were going to pay it off. they refussed to talk about it for a long time, then after a while they told us we still owed $20 somthing some odd thousand dollares. after 5 years and the trariler was sold to us for $20,000 dollars to begin with! we keep trying to talk to them but they have so many add ons to the contract they don't even have the original one, it's been fabricated over and over they set up new rules and we have to pay a little more each time. they have an Escrow account that they added on to the acount and they themselves take out the money electronicly from the bank. the bank has all the electronic pull outs that they have made. then they insurer it with theire own insurance and if there are damages to the trailer they send us the money with their name on it to make surer they get the check back after we sign it. and they disburst it as they wish. this trailer is old it was a repossesed trailer to begin with. and it was rrebuilt very ill rebuilt if you'll send an adjuster he'll know that the roof is not installed properly. I cain't reroof it unless I restructure it. an old trailer sold at the price of a new one and add on's to amonts lapping well over $100,000. my wife knows very little about the cost of things and she just ask them what she owes and if they say 2 or 3 hundred thousand dollars she just keeps on working and try's to pay the bills. I have been gone for a while and didn't know what was going on. and I knew there was somthing wrong with that quote of the amount of money the owed and she was surprised herself. these guy's are rip offs.
