Vantage Funding Check Process WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION THIS COMPANY STOLE FROM ME CAUSING GREAT HARDSHIP AND LOSS Internet

I checked my account as always last month on the 3rd to see my balance because I had paid my rent with a check as always to my surprise my account was overdrawn and there was a charge for $30.00 which my bank paid and charged me $35.00 which caused all my other checks to bounce.
I called my bank and pulled up my statement online and found a check for Check Process for a loan which I did not authorize, I did not receive any funding and have no idea how or who these people are. I called the number that was listed by my bank and got Vantage Funding. I called 8/8/12 @ 12:27
spoke with Sara id#506, on 8/13/12 @ 11:19 spoke with Steven id# 396 and I asked for a supervisor.
I spoke with Sandra who stated she was Steven supervisor who told me my refund would be in my account on Friday 8/17/12, at 12:53 on 8/17/12 I spoke with Ann Id# 255 who stated funds would be in my account in 1 hour, they were not.
I called back at 3:09pm spoke with Joann id# 210 who said check it later I did, and I called back at 5:01 and spoke with Maria Id# 228 who stated my refund had been processed since 7/27/12 yet I still had not and have not received it.
8/20/12 9:22am spoke with Mandy, 8/21/12 spoke with Ryan(Mandy and Ryan would not give id#s)
8/24/1210:07 spoke with Ann id# 255 who stated this time to give it 24-48 hours..still nothing. 8/27/12 12:07pm spoke with Jasmine id# 029 who put me on hold and I held on until I hung up at 12:30 and I called back and finally at 12;33 I spoke with Ava id#248 who stated wait yet another 3-5 business days. Well today is the 5th day I will call back but as of me writing this complaint my funds have not been returned. What can I do?
