On February 15th. I ordered 4 tickets to the Miami Ballet performance at West Palm Beach.  Payment was made at the time of ordering.  I was informed that the tickets would be delivered to me.  What was not explained was that the tickets were not to be sipped promptly and instead were to arrive barely 48 hours prior to the concert.  Unfortunately, the tickets would not arrive prior to our departure from our home in Illinois to visit in Florida.  

I tried calling customer service twice and after waiting 30 minutes had to give up. On my third call I spoke to a sales representative (not a customer service rep) who took my information and assured me that a supervisor/manager would call me in a matter of minutes.  That was 4 hours ago and I never received a call.

I sent an email and received a email response 2 hours later that the tickets had been shipped viaFedEx and they provided a tracking #.  I followed up with FedEx and was informed that even if I went to their office, I would not be able to pick up the tickets.

I have ordered tickets from other sources and never have had such a bad experience.  I intend to notify the Dreyfoos Concert Hall in West Palm Beach that they are using a terrible vendor and should seriously consider finding someone else.

This complaint is being written on 2/27 and the ballet in on Friday evening 3/1.  I hope that with the copy of the PAID invoice that the concert hass will accomodate me.  Otherwise, Verified Seats may have cost me $ 293.00 plus the inconvience of missing an evening of entertainment with my friends.
