VERIZON BUNDLE DEAL "RIP OFF" Verizon bundle rip off, signed up for only $129.00 per month, Bill has not been under $400 per month as of yet Jackson Michigan
I signed up for Verizon "bundle" which included TV, Phone, & Internet service for flat fee of $129.00 per month which included all three services and I confirmed it with the oparater at the time, which was about 3/4 months ago.
My bill has not been lower than $300 per month since. I have spent HOURS & DAYS on the phone talking/arguing/pleading to them with no luck, they keep sending me to another dept, and pointing fingers at each other.
The package deal is very mis-leading, the old "bait & switch". My bill is now over $1,300 and they want to turn everything off, but do not want to help resolve the problem. They just dont care about your problems. They want there money.
Verizon has the worst and I mean the WORST customer service I have every delt with. Now I'm stuck with a contract that I can not get out of, and a bill I probubly will not be able to afford every month for the next year untill I can get out of the contract.
How do you fight the big companies that dont listen or care?
P.S. The person living next door is going through the same thing with them.
