VERIZON - ESBI In my Verizon Bill came a charge of $14.95 plust tax totaling $15.85 from ESBI (phone included in Bill) and they could not tell me what was the service charge about Philadelphia Pennsylvania
In my Verizon Bill I was charged $14.95 plust tax totaling $15.85. I called ESBI (phone included in Bill) and they could not tell me what was the service charge for, only that they new my wife and she ordered a service that ESBI do not know and I have not authorized Verizon to get charges from 3rd parties. Why the Top management of Verizon is allowing that kind rip off against consumers?
