My husband and I recently decided combine our plans and get the Nationwide FamilyShare plan because we were told by a representitive that we would save money. What a CROCK.

We were better off with our seperate plans with less minutes. When we did switch our plan we were charged to do so (not mentioned in the contract or told we were be charged). We were also told that the price plan included the use of two phones but for some reason we are being charged monthly for the second phone.

When we asked somme one about it we were told that we NEW that we would be charged. If we NEW we were going to be paying more then why the hell would we change plans.

Here's the kicker. THE VERIZON WIRELESS TOWER IS ON OUR LAND. When we told them they need to find the source of all of our charges and fix them or the tower was coming down. They told us they didn't care and we were going to pay the bill.

I then decided not to pay the bill and have the phone disconnected. That is when they started calling other family members telling them that they will collect the money or charge us $175 per phone.

Verizon Wirelss does not understand the meaning of customer service. THEY ARE RIGHT IN WHAT EVER THEY DO AND THEY WILL NOT FIX ANY WRONG DOING IN THEIR PART.
