Vertical Marketing Gary Jezorski Carlos Cruz Currency Exchange Profits False Advertising,outdated program,Ripoff, failure to respond to refund request emails Vernon Hills Illinois
I purchased the currency excahnge profits program at $299. After seeing pathetic results from the program I proceeded to contact customer support reporting that I wanted a refund because I didn't want to wait the full 45days to complain to receive my 200% refund to avoid any difficulty.
After a long game of email tag I was advised by Carlos to contact Gary Jezorski via email directly. After I clearly stated that the results would remain the same even if I let the program sit some more I was advised to go through the cancelling of the account process. I then stated that since DXsynergy has been extremely slow that it would take awhile for me to receive my money that I had originally deposited in order to close my account. Gary then replied that it wouldn't take a long time and to just send screenshots of my account when it is closed.
Gary has been notified of my experience with Dxsynergy via email. I have sent him screen shots of emails from Dxsynergy staff reporting that my account will be closed immediately after my last outx is processed. Gary now has conveniently not returned my emails and my refund has not been processed.
Do not purchase this program the results displayed on this website are extremely exaggerated and outdated!!
