Lori,
Thank you for sharing your comments and concerns. While we didnt interact directly on a daily basis, this forum was this first I heard of your discontent with the position, coworkers, supervisors, company, or myself. I wish I could have had the opportunity to address some of these concerns and made your tenure with Vesta longer and more enjoyable for you.
I know the team was supportive and accommodating during the distressing events that occurred in your personal life during the period you worked here and wish you the best of luck.
In regards to collection methods, a high level of customer service from the team is expected. The phrases stated in your report are not acceptable and contrary to the training, quality standards, standard scripting, and partner expectations. Such concern should have been reported. It takes each member of the team to drive to our continuous improvement.
The communication to the group in regards to Hurricane Ike is inaccurate. It was indicated any communication with the affected customers would be handled lightly and to inform them of the issue and how to resolve it. All accounts would be set out for a period of time thereafter. Those customers requesting emergency/courtesy minutes would be transferred to the proper department for assistance, just as the normal procedure in covered in training.
I do have to advocate the company does promote diversity throughout the workplace and fills any open position with the most qualified candidate; whether that is based on work experience, performance, dependability, or education. Each position is based on the input of several supervisors/managers and reviewed by HR before any promotion is given. The particular scenario that is referenced in the report is not accurate and involves two completely separate positions. One in particular was a transfer from another department that had been in an equivalent position for 2 years, not the one month with the company.
Again, I wish I could have had the opportunity to address some of these concerns and made your tenure with Vesta longer and more enjoyable for you. I wish you well, the best of luck, and will take your comments and concerns.
Thank you,
Lucas Kester

I worked at Vesta for a while they kept making deceptive moves on my intellectual property, like 'monied spooks!' which is all they actually are. Vesta is nothing more than a sick joke. I finally left that company after leveling two obscene gestures at a team lead.
