Complaint Review: Volksgolf Auto Repair Shop - Los Angeles, CA 90232 California

I want to court today and the mechanic decided to settle with me! eventhough the amount was really low 1000$ I did feel bad for the guy because my insurance is going after him for damages to my car! I decided to take the offer because I wanted to show that the only reason that sue him was to make my point not get at him! I feel because I'am a Christian that I forgive him for is wrong doing I have no grudges against the shop I want to thanks God and lord Christ for they support in this painful adventure! I like to thanks Volksgolf to stepping up to the plate and offering me that settlement! I'm glad it is over I can concentrate in my career to become a Great Fighter in the UFC! Peace to all!

rooked mechanic Appealing case at Santa monica courthouse on March 3 2008 at 1:30 pm ...please come and stand with us if you have been a victim to get this bad man ! where he belong OUT OF BUSINESS! I have a Ford Aerostar 1992 with low Mileage 126000 great VAn..one day it overheat so I decided to give business to neighboorhood mechanic! I believe in Giving business in close by businesses!! BOY was I wrong this Time!!I met this guys white hair spanish accent charming, seems nice!! so the Devil!! ..... The owner suggested me to chance the all heating system radiator,hoses,spark plugs the all enchiladas so I trusted him and did! He charge me 1200 $ I was like WOW!! When he gave me my car back the Car smelled weird the thermostat was high and the car was making a mettallic noise that wasn't there before! He told me don't worry the thermostat is more sensitive then the one you had! I said ok! and for the terrible noise that was getting louder and lounder he told me don't worry about! dont worry right! I brought the car at least 7 times so one day he check it out and said there is no problem with your car I kept telling them otherwise! so after 3 to 4 weeks I decided to bring the car back! You know what he told me that the engine was dead I needed a new one Cost 3000$$$ I was crying I was so upset . I ask for my neighboor ex mechanic!! great Guy! to come with me and check things out ! he was a mechanic for over 30 years he talk to the owner and insisted about the warranty that was supposed to apply on the previous work! he said you guys crazy but after 6 hours of negotiation he dropped from 3000 to 1000 ! Wow great discount...but of course this wasn't the end..he had my car for 3 weeks in the midtime I had to rent a vehicule which cost me 29$ per day!! 2 1/2 weeks later he call me and tell me that another part was needed part that actually change with another mechanic 3 months ago! This was the fly wheel I put a brand you one in there in June of 2007! He wanted to charge me 120$ for used one . At that time I had a feeling that this guys that was so charming wasn't as charming anymore...so i went to petboys and found the same part for 45$ yep $45 dollars I knew now I was gettin F&8^5678! anyway I told the dude and he insisted the one he got was a special one ! I guess he slepped with it or some like that or they had kids toguether. I got the car after about a Month and one morning Jose a mechanic call me he said hey dude you car is ready run smooth, nice come and pick it up!! I was so exacted so i did about 10:30am. I drive the car back home about 1/2 miles couldn"t change gear...couldn't drive more than 25 miles per Hour, smells like burn, sound like a garbage disposal...Yeah Jose real Smooth ......I guesss they wanted to get rid of it because they couldn't fixed it!! when I got home I got call from the owner saying by the way we smoke check it and wouldn't pass it is a gross polluter now!! i was like what!!*&*!! Thanks for telling me now! so what should I do? how just paid us 500$ for new Catalitic converter and new O2 senser+ labor. Yes this is a true story ....I could write a book about it not a report~! I did paid 550$ out of 1120$ so I owed the B$%^% a balance...never asked for it I wonder why?? anyway to make a Long painful story short I sue the Amazing Skilled mechanic and Won! He conter Sue me the day of the lawsuit! and lost! He lied to the judge under OATH! and brought some gulls to scare me in court with him! I had the Automotive repair investigated him and he was fine for 4 violations whicgh add weight to my case in court. I also filed a complaints to the Better Bureau Business which of course did a Poor job!! not only they did not help me !! they also not report the right information on their website protecting the business and neglecting the consumer SHAME ON BBB!! I was awarded monatary damage from Mercury insurance from body damage that VOLKSGOLF did on my car while working on it! can you believe this ! VOLKSGOLF Total my car by lifting the car by the body instead of lifting point!! I think that is why I won my judment all the work that was done on it was cancel by the fact that the car was total because of body damage done on car during worked performs by this shop! To this day! VOLKSGOLF and abdon vera the owner refuse to paid what the court awarded me fair and square~! I am asking for the help of the media1 any volonteer to start a picketing in from of the business and distributing flyers to neraby businesses and peoples! if you like to help or if you can contact the media to help me please contact me Let's get justice!
