DO NOT! Get Vonage ! I have had it and for the last 3 months out of the 4 or 5 or so I have had it, it has worked for nothing! Half the time I can not get or make calls or voice mails and when I finally am able to call I call tech support and they ask me to call back on a normal home phone?!

If I had a normal home phone then WHY oh why would I have Vonage, and every time they promise they will fix all my problems yet not ONCE has it worked right after calling them! And I even talked with there advanced tech support and he promised to call back to make sure it worked, NEVER DID! Oh and there bad for America anyway they outsource! you will never be able to speak with anyone that can actually fully speak English from this company! They're sickening!

For an extra few bucks, and actually I save30 bucks a month for 6 months then after that im only paying 15 more that I would with vonage. But when I need tech support I have a local office and I have the Corp. Headquarters phone number of an exec who has helped me in the past with cable problems.

Every single person I know that tried vonage has canceled in the first three months, well I should have know something big was up when I saw this monrning there stock was down 30%! Vonage is on the way out, and its well deserved and they owe me 108 dollars for services not rendered. I paid and they did not deliver.

They told me upon disconnection there would be an almost $50.00 fee I agreed and pay after they told me that a paper statement was not possible, which was shocking to me, soon after I paid and canceled my account they sent an email saying the payment did not go through and want me to pay again, ALTHOUGH as far as I can tell from my bank statement they did get it! Also this charge was added to the TOS as far as I know AFTER I signed up.
