Wagner Neutraceuticals ripoff sneaky, underhanded, dishonest, unsatisfactory customer sevice Cinncinati Ohio
In regards to managed care direct and altovis. This product makes me ill. But headaches, nauseua, and shaking are obviously not good reasons to cancel this product and somehow my order was shipped before I was down to 5 pills left.
So now I'm out $80.00 for something I will not use. It is very hard to cancel this product once you have ordered. Either you can't reach anyone on the phone or they are unable to help you "at this time", even when you have been referred to the web site there is nowhere to cancel your order.
Yes it does say on the commercial you will be enrolled in managed care direct; what they don't tell you is it will cost you time and aggravation to cancel it if you don't like it.
This company doesn't leave you with a good feeling when you walk away and I will never try another of their products some of which I am sure I would have liked but because of this nasty experience I will never know and they will never get money from me again.
The best way to do business it to do good people business not good money business. Maybe someone should explain it to Wagner Neutraceuticals.
