They state they are NOT responsible for accidents in the parking lot.
Is yours different?
I know you said they "led you to believe" one of their employees damaged your car.
What did the video show?
Even a minor wind can send a cart into the side of a car and cause damage...its happened to me twice in various parking lots.
"Honest loyalty to their patrons" does not require paying for parking lot damage.
No, I don't work for them.
"THIS CORPORATE GIANT IS NO DOUBT ENGAGING IN DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES BY HAVING SIGNS IN THEIR PARKING LOTS THAT WOULD LEAD PATRONS TO BELIEVE THAT THEIR PROPERTY IS SAFE FROM INJURY."
What DO the signs in THIS Walmart parking lot say that would lead you to believe their property is safe from injury?
"PARK IN WAL-MART PARKING LOTS AT YOUR ON RISK!"
That's pretty much true at ALL customer parking lots...get over it.
