Regarding: Very Serious Complaint
Dear Walgreen Co. Executive:
Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!
How is your day today in sunny Deerfield, Illinois and/or wherever else You are in the World?
My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at approximately 2:00 P.M., I went into your Walgreens location at: 5467 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90036 (323) 525-0646 and had a Horrible, Disgusting Shopping Experience.
I had four (4) Procter & Gamble Coupons to Cover ME for Four (4) Oral-B Toothbrushes and when I got up to the cashier to explain the coupons, he acted like he Never Accepted Legitimate Coupons before and he referred ME to one of his onsite managers whom I believe goes by the name of Sergio A.
Well this so called manager of yours was Extremely Awful and Unhelpful!
The first thing he says is that he can Not Accept My Legitimate Procter & Gamble Coupons and says that there is a number written on each one. Well that was written on each one by another store of whom I was going to purchase the toothbrushes, but did Not because I felt that they were overpriced which is Why I came into Walgreen's instead.
Not only that, but he Refused To Scan The Coupons To Even Verify If They Were Good Or Not!
On Top Of This During Our Conversation, he tells me that he will Be Right Back and took all four (4) of My Coupons Away that were given to ME by Procter & Gamble and when he came back, he Returned Them To Me, but unfortunately he ONLY Returned Three (3) Out Of My Four (4) Coupons
I do Not Know Why one of them went missing!
I was so angry and disgusted with his Very Poor Manners, Business Class and Store Unprofessionalism that I just left the store and did Not Say A Word About The One (1) Coupon that he Failed To Return.
Please Note: In all of my years of shopping at Walgreen's, I have yet to experience anything so Bad and Disgusting as this very recent shopping experience.

Did you pay for the purchase? What was the total supposed to be? And how much were you charged?
The so called "missing" coupon is possibly used to discount the total. If you read on the back of each coupon, you would see that it can be used only one per purchase. For a store, the meaning of "per purchase" means per bill. Any store will not help you ringing items 4 different times for 4 coupons. Thus, if you buy 4 items at once and attempt to give 4 coupons, the store will take only one coupon.
Next time, you may go into 4 different Walgreens and use one for each purchase. That way, you should get 4 discounts for 4 coupons. Folding coupons is fine. But do NOT write anything on a coupon because it could lead to unsuable as they told you. They actually have the right to not accept those coupons at all regardless what your reason would be.
