Walkfit continue to bill products to my mastercard, cant stop them. Van Nuys nationwide
i purchesed walkfit feet support from walkfit a few monthes back, a month later i recieved a package of joint support formula (dietary supplement) that i haven't orderd or authorized. a long with a customer service number 800-554-6051.
i tried to contact them time after time being on hold each time for hours at a time with no responds. I was able to get another number from Direct Mail Canada at 5130 Halford Drive in windsor; 800-928-5776. so i called the second number and a service customer rep andswered, she told that she can't adress the problem iam having and give me the first number above to call. i told the rep that i can't get hold of anyone there and i requested to talk to a superviser or a manager she said she cant do that, then hung up on me.
also when they sent me the statement of the dietary pills it stated $51.13, my mastercard company told me there were over $60 charged at that time by walk fit.
i still have the products, i would like to ship it back to sender for the money refund, i don't know if it's the right thing to do. Please advice?

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
