I am a family mobile customer,I have been for about three months. I usually just use my debit card to pay my bill online of 38.02. I made my payment on March 2nd 2015 online and when I hit the make a payment spot online the website kept saying payment processing for about 3 minutes then the family mobile web site all of a sudden says sorry we are having difficulties please try back. So after that I get a text message saying thank you twice your payment of 38.02 was received on March 2nd twice. I have been calling them since that day and they are all foreigners and give me every excuse about policies and will not refund the money back. I am now suspending there business and trying to report this to the local news with proof from my bank that this was an unauthorized transaction on the walmart family mobile web site.
