I was a customer with Walmart family mobile and my monthly bill was supposed to been $39.99 I had paid my My bill the first time, the second time when I paid my bill I had pay with my debit card and they had overdrafted my debit card and I had to go to my bank and a whole big ritual just to get everything figured out so I realized from then on out that I would go to my local Walmart store and pay it at the service desk so there's no mistakes and its in person, well I guess that was a mistake too because come to find out they had paid the wrong account when I went up to the service desk so I had to call the 800 hundred number and be transferred and transferred and transferred over and over to finally I could talk to someone that told me,"oh no worries we'll get things figured out we have to do an investigation" after they investigated which took about a week is they figured everything out and said that my my bill was going to be $39.99. so when it was time to pay that bill I went to my local Walmart again at the service desk and paid that bill! they still disrupting my service saying I had to pay $54.99 so agn I called and they kept telling me no worries again and they would figure it out to make a long story short I ended up in $39.99 within 1month time 3 different times and they still never figure it out so I said forget it and I disconnected my service and from then on out I've been disconnected well I recieive bill for $90 and I'm like wow cuz ive ben disconected for 3months and the representative was trying to explain their way out of the bill and saying that I owe $90 and why! and that's how Walmart family mobile rip me off
