Washington Mutual, Washington Mutual Loans ALFREDO DELGADO LIAR! Houston Texas
This did not personally happen to me but these people are actually liars !! I couldnt believe it how can you sit there and lie to someone in their face ! So here is what happened.
My mother in law went to apply for a loan at Washinton Mutual in Houston,TX at their Broadway location she spoke with a liar by the name of ALFREDO DELGADO. Now she was told that first they had to go through the application proccess the credit check etc. Well they got approved and they called her but she canceled with them because the interest rate wasnt going to be a fixed interest rate.So it could high or low.
anyways I did her a favor of going with her to the bank with my father in law and got copies of everything she had signed. Well they told us that her husband needed to sign the application papers just like she did for audit purposes!!! Alfredo and some other loser that was some kind of supervisor were very convincing that the loan would be canceled and that him signing the papers was only for audit purposes but we were told the LOAN WOULD NOT BE PROCCESSED !!! because they didnt want it !!!
well next thing you know my mother in law gets a call a couple of days later saying that she was approved for her loan and that the funds are now available !!! She told them no she canceled it at the bank. And the lady on the phone said no the loan was processed and the funds are now available to her.
She was ALFREDO DELGADO is a liar if your going to do buisness with these people get it in writing if you cancel any kind of loan dont take their word for it !! I did not expect this from a big company like this!
