Tuesday June 14,2005 I placed an order for a Panasonic Digital Camcorder; and although the website said that the merchant was closed; and apologized for the inconvenience; all orders would be processed the following day.

So, I went ahead and placed my order and then called the merchant early yesterday morning to confirm my order. The man I talked to tried to sell me extra equipment which I did not want, and I turned the conversation to the camera itself; and delivery. I paid extra for 2 day air. The guy said in a very loud and sharp tone: "Think! Think about it! We were closed yesterday, I have 3,000 orders to process, you're not the only one!" I said "Why?" I paid the extra charges. He Hung Up on me.

I called back to the customer service department, and he answered the phone. I said "You're the same guy I just talked to; and he said "I don't know what you're talking about, and hung up on me again. I called back and wanted to speak to a Manager, and again this man hung up on me....At this point I called American Express and reported the incident; I wrote to Yahoo, and I made an official complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.....Buyer Beware...Any Merchant that has a Rating of 3 or lower...don't bother.....I failed to follow the Advise of Other Customers who had a similiar experience....As a final note I received a call from someone from this company; with a real attitude; and used the F word in regards to the order of the camera....Not a Very Pleasant Experience............
