Waypoint Homes, Inc. FRAUDULENT Hollywood Nationwide
This company "offers" a reward program call "Waypoints". Residents can earn waypoints by completing a list of goals (like paying rent on time, referring a friend etc.).
Once you have earned certain amount of waypoints you can then redeem them for rewards like cash back, free rent etc.
At the end of our two year lease we had earned 1800 points which equates to $450. The company refused to redeem our points. They offer no reason and has sent us on a continuous never ending run around cycle that leads nowhere.
On top of that they never conducted any home inspections AND they never fullfilled and maintainence requests that we submitted except for one and that was our AC unit needed to be reinstalled because their contractor had installed it backwards. The turnaround time for that one maintainence issue that they chose to honor was 18 months.
This company does not deserve your money.
