WC Value Plus Attention: Form C/A, MISTAKENLLY SIGNED UP BY TELEMARKETER, CHGD $25 MO. FOR WHAT? i DUNNO! Hopkins, Minnesota
I ordered a Kevin Trudeau book, advertsed on TV. All I wanted was the book. The telemarketer mistakenlly signed me up for whatever it was she was selling. I told her my age and that I did not want any of that stuff. It took me a couple of months to realize I was being charged for who knows what at $24.95 a month by the WC True Value Company. After a heated phone call I was sent a form saying no refund, but could fill out another form, which I have now done and mailed back. I have been refunded money from a different company which told what they were selling. This company, WC True Value - I don't even know what I was supposed to be getting!! So far the $30 book has cost me $103! This does not include all the extra stuff I was charged for! Something needs to be done to put all these scammers out of business. I am at the point where I can't trust anyone and feel that my old age means its open season! 'Nuff said?
