July 19, 2015 - After reading (on file) Wedding.com Terms of Use & Service Agreements

I paid $179.94 to this company to provide me with leads for Floral jobs.  After I paid and sent out many (kept on file) letters to potentual clients the emails stopped and I received no leads as of today, Aug. 22, 2015.  

I requested many (on file) times for a refund and that I was not happy with their service.  I keep getting the run around that they are working on their website and I should be receiving more leads and to browse the site for sign-up clients.

I spoke with our tech department and they have fixed the issue of your messages saying "unread" even tho they have been read. If you log into your account and click on messages you will see the read messages. We do not see any responses yet from the brides so they could be responding within the next week or so. Please let us know if you are still receiving email notifications from brides joining the site so we can make sure that is working correctly as well.

Complaint: When I signed up, in July of this year (2015), I paid of $179.94  for the promise of unlimited access to couples seeking wedding vendors on Wedding.com. I recently logged in to find that I am now required to pay an additional credit fee in order to contact these couples. This is unacceptable, as there was no previous notice given regarding these changes. I was only made aware once I logged in, after the changes had already been implemented. Furthermore, even if the changes were made known prior, this is not what I signed up and paid for.As I have not yet reached the end of my paid 6 month subscription, I requested that they honor their promise of the ability to contact an unlimited amount of couples, through the end of the subscription. I also requested that they honor the promise that once the 6 month subscription ends, another 6 months of unlimited access will be given free of charge if no weddings were booked through their site in the first 6 months.

Desired Settlement: I request that the company honor the original agreement of my remaining subscription; with unlimited contact to couples seeking wedding vendors (plus the additional 6 months I was promised if I did not book any clients from the site during the first 6 months). After this time, I would gladly abide by the new credit system. But as this time, I want the unlimited access I was promised.If this request is not granted, I hereby finally and formally request a full refund, in the total of $179.94

Can you verify where it promises "Unlimited Access" to couples? We started the credits system back in 2014 which is before you joined. So the only option has ever been a credit system to communicate with brides. The membership you chose was at 40 credits per month which is clearly stated on our site and there is no unlimited option available. So please help me more understand your complaint as I'm not sure where it is coming from. Also, the membership you joined comes with a guarantee that we will give you 6 additional months fee if no bookings occur. You have only had your membership for less than a month. Please continue to send personal, engaging messages to brides and complete your profile to 100% and you should have no problem booking and getting a great ROI.

I don't know how anyone can believe the operations have not been tweeked? too many maintaince interruption to use the site! unreliable. Therefore, I would like a full refund of $179.94 credit back to my Credit Card.

I had cancelled my subscription in July 19, 2015 and found out Wedding.com charge my account July 16, 2016 without my authorization. Where do we go from here? called my bank to dispute the charges and had to close my account, cause inconvinence. They have to be stopped!
