“Welcome-To-Buy” Battery Seller I ordered a battery for Toshiba Satellite Z830. It took 2 weeks to arrive at my home. When I replaced the battery, there was message – 48% full (plugged in, charging). But there was no power in it and I couldn’t even turn on the computer. But “Welcome-To-Buy” told me to drain the remaining power and recharge the battery. How could I drain power when there is nothing to drain? It was obvious that the battery was dead and was a trash for the following reasons.

1. It had a lot of scratch on the surface and did not look new at all. But I was told it was brand new. 2. There should be six screw holes, but three were broken off and the parts are rough. 3. I could even see white bits of the cell inside the battery. 4. I wondered why two blue strips were stuck to the surface. I was told to send the photos of the battery, which I did. But I was again told to send more photos. What more photos? Despite my repeated request for refund or replacement, I get no response.
