I have a car financed through Wells Fargo. I have had this car since May 2006 and since December 2006 I have been receiving harassing phone calls stating that I am behind on my payment and that late fees have been assessed.

My payments have NEVER been late, if anything they are mostly early. The late fees/past due payment they are talking about is actually a mistake on their part. Wells Fargo said back in 2006 I did not have car insurance when I actually did. I was charged over $100 for the insurance then credited back once they received proof.

Since then however, I have been charged late fees on a monthly basis. When I call to complain I am always told by the person on they phone that they can not see why I am being charged late fees because my payments have been on time.

I am then told they will show the account to a supervisor and have the account put in for an audit. This has happened a minimum of 10 times with no result. This problem has been going on since the end of 2006! I am never permitted to speak to a supervisor myself and no result ever comes of the Audits.

I also receive numerous calls DAILY from different numbers that are all Wells Fargo. I am sick of repeating my issue with them and not getting any results. I have reported this to the BBB today.

I am about to contact a lawyer and refinance my auto loan with another company. If I do not see results from Wells Fargo soon!
