The FHA guarantees the loan and WF issues the loan; the people you're talking about are paper pushers. What you should be complaining about is this: Every home needs to be inspected prior to sale. The question is, how much malpractice did your home inspector commit by not identifying the cracked or broken foundation at the start? IMHO, a lot. If the home inspector was competent, there would be no way that house would have been sold to you and you would not be in the mess you're in. I think you're complaining about the wrong people based on what I read, but they do happen to have the biggest pockets, so I get it.
