My family endured 7 surgery's in 2 years between 2 members. Needless to say we were not that prepared for the bills that we incurred, the ones that are high priced insurance did not cover. At the same time are ARM came due and are house payment went from 882.00 to 1900 a month we continued to make are house payment and did the best we could do with the medical bills but the black hole got bigger.
Things went to collections and with the threat of wage garnishments  and law suits we looked to are mortgage co.  for a lone mod. Bank of America is are service provider but the lone is held by Wells Fargo.
This was 4 years ago !!!! we jumped through all the hoops got help from neighbor  impact and to day we were turned down for a mod for the 5 time with no possibility of applying for more. I called B of A to see if there were any other resources available and there was a repayment of past due @ 4000.00 dollars a month.
Here is the kicker wile talking with the rep at B of A she informed me that Wells Fargo did not do loan mods and that B of A  knew this. So for 4 years we have been hopeful of saving are home when the bank knew all along the Wells Fargo would not play. Talking about getting strung out when they knew we could not get it fixed, its all about the money so all that money we paid out to B of A that went to Wells Fargo was for nothing and we will lose are home. maybe I should be reporting  B of A
