I have been lied to by wells Fargo dealer services continually. The first time was when my husband was injured on the job in August of 2011. I called about our medical coverage. Which they told me we didn’t qualify for so I asked if we are late on payments at what point do they affect my credit? My case manager (Suzan) said we can be one month behind but not more than one month or it will be reported to the credit agency. This was the first lie, at the beginning of this year I checked my credit score and I have 12 payments late on my credit. When I called them about this I was told sorry you were given wrong information. Then I found out this year in September that I had to have a radical hysterectomy for cancer I called them to see if I qualify for a deferment my case manager Jennifer said it sounded like I did I called back 3 more times and spoke to Jennifer, Erica, and the deferment department who said I qualified and to just call when I am back to work. SO I had my surgery and called 4 weeks later to be informed that they would not give me the deferment and that they wanted a payment immediately! I have talked to so many people and finally I got the manager Steve who said it doesn’t matter what the other people are telling me there is no way I will get a deferment and that he will try to work with me. Well long story short they are picking up my truck on Monday due to them not keeping their word and magically losing the recordings I am now 3 months behind due to medical issues. I have worked for 7 years to rebuild my credit and took it from 300 to 575 I have paid off 2 other vehicles before this one and had a great payment history with both. Thanks to these liars I have lost my truck and my credit because I wanted to save my life so I could be here for my child and husband!

Well I called them last Friday to tell them that I came up with my past due amount and I would be able to pay it on Jan. 13th plus pay 2 months ahead. Instead they told me they could not wait any longer and they would be sending someone out to get it. Well they came and picked it up this afternoon. I calle them to ask what fees I would have to pay ontop of the past amount to get it back and they told me I could not have it back unless I pay the full amount of what is owed. So I guess the issue is resolved the sad part is when the lady I talked to the second time told me they will send the truck to auction and get maybe a 1000.00 but than will get the rest out of me through garnishments but she was glas that I am healthier and bet my cancer.

First of all I asked how late I could be over two years ago when my husband got hurt because we were waiting for his payments to start for works comp. I was not late because a family member helped me pay it. I did fall behind this year and that is my problem but I was only 1 month behind. As for my surgery and our contract we paid extra when we took out the loan for disability and medical extensions according to what was explained to us was if we have to be out of work for a disability or medical issues are payments are deferred to the end of our loan until we are okay. What I did was the day after I found out I had to have surgery I called them to ask HOW A DEFERMENT WORKS. They asked what my situation was and I told them and they said that I would qualify I called back two more times before my surgery to make sure I was being told correctly and was told I qualified by a supervisor, account manager, and then the deferment department. So yes I take responsibility for having the late payments on my credit but I DO NOT take responsibility for being told that they could defer 1 month so I could recover from my surgery. I have even told them that if they do not believe I had surgery I would send them the medical records or a letter from the doctor.

It is always amazing on the interesting perspective people who do not pay their bills(for what ever excuse they come up with) always seem to have.

For instance you accuse them of lying and not keeing their word.  Yet when you got the loan was there anything in there that said you could skip payments?  Was there anything in there that stated they were required to do anything to assist you?  My guess on both of those is a big NO.  So why do you have such a problem with them lying(if they did) when you in fact have also lied and didn't keep your word?  Or do you think that the contract should be a one sided thing where you shouldn't have to be held to it if you have a good excuse?

Besides that the rest of your report is quite interesting, in the way you phrased some of your comments it sure sounds like you were trying to play a game and upset that it didn't work out like you wanted.

For instance.  You asked how late you could actually be.   After all if you don't have the money it doesn't matter when they report you, now does it.  It would ONLY matter if you were trying to string them along as long as you could before it was reported.  But with that said, if you had 12 late payments and have proof that they received every single one BEFORE you were 30 days late..not 31, not 32 but 30 days then you have a valid dispute with the Credit Reporting Agencies...but I somehow doubt that.

Then this is obviously not your first rodeo..and based on your comments here it won't be your last run in with bad credit and probably blaming your next lender as well.
