I called customer support to cancel. I spoke with Lynn @ ext. 300. Other than the fact that she should NOT be in customer service, she lied to me about being able to speak with her manager. My issue is that I am a very busy woman and I paid for a service of convenience. Initially the sales man I signed up with (Shaun) stated they will provide me with a large list of rentals encompassing my areas of interest. They do the work to ascertain each rentals features and restrictions. Long story short, I have a large dog I wanted someone to be able to get me a list of pet friendly rentals. Locators.com (weneedtomove.com) identify their pet friendly rentals with a PY. Well, I signed up this past Tuesday, called 6 PY locations only to be advised "they do NOT accept pets". When I advised the ever so charming Lynn of my issue she told me it was a data entry error. Really Lynn?? 1 or 2 is an error, 6 is fraud. I paid for a service I DID NOT RECEIVE and now I am expected to pay the interest on my cc for the next 87 days until they decide to pay me back??? This is a very misleading and deceptive company. They need to be held accountable for their bad sales practices.
