Western Dental- Ventura & Oxnard Offices ripped off/billed for services not rendered/extremely bad customer service ethics. Ventura & Oxnard California
Took my daughter in for a very severe toothache. Didn't examine her, made her return for several visits after 4-5 hr waiting time over a several week period of time. No exams, No treatment, NO Dentist.
Then they decided to send us to another office in another city! Still no oral exam, no treatment. Instead, rude remarks, told would be a very long 3-4 hr waiting period, even though there were no other patients in the office at that time. Went on like this for over a Month and didn't fix her toothache. NOTHING.
Finally had to take her to another dental office because her glands were swollen very badly & she had a fever from having to wait for sooo long. Never seen or treated by a dentist, no treatment done except 1 small 2 inch xray taken by a tech.
They then billed us $180 (adding $10 fees every couple of weeks) Unwilling to work with us on this situation & when attempting to explain this to their "patient relations" dept, they would hang up on us. or become very rude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
