Responding to their radio ad to clear clogged sewer lines for $49.95 even if there are roots, I called them for my daughter's clogged sewer. I prepaid so she wouldn't have to pay it. There man came to her house and ran the line part way out but said he'd have to use the camera--another $300. When she said no, he offered several multi-hundred dollar alternatives. When she said no--he left. My daughter called them back but they denied they had any responsibility, saying she had roots in her line. They have a small 3 year old tree in their front yard--I don't think it's roots but their ad said they'd clear them even if it was.
For me, it was a classic bait & switch scam.
