Purchased a vehicle from them and everything was going fine. I was in an accident and the vehicle was totaled. My insurance company called them to find out how much was owed on the vehicle. They kept $600 that they were not supposed to keep. When I contacted them and ask them about it they said that they like to hold on to some money for a down payment on another vehicle. I didn't like it, but I was planning to buy another vehicle from them so I didn't argue. I purchase another vehicle put $1,500 down. A week later the drive shaft fell apart and I had to replace the bushings. The following week I made my first payment of $285. A week after that the car began to stall and all the dashboard lights were going on and off. I had it towed to them to fix it. A few days later I called for a status and they said that they saw the car sitting in the parking lot but they didn't know what was wrong with it or why it was there. I explained again what was going on and they said they would look at it. A few days after that they said they fix the problem so I went to pick up the car and made another $285 payment. A few days after that the same thing happened again. All the lights going on and off on the dash and the car stalls out. I had it towed to them for a second time and told them I wasn't paying for the first time that they were supposed to fix it because they never fix it.

I was calling every few days for a status and after 2 weeks on the car sitting there they sent it over to the Cadillac dealer. The car was at the Cadillac dealer for another 3 weeks. In the meantime I am losing money because I am unable to work because I drive for a living. Anyway, within those five weeks they keep telling me that it needs a new computer and the part is covered under warranty. I called the Cadillac dealer to find out how much it was costing and they told me $260. The next day Whitehall Auto tells me that the car is ready for pickup and it's going to be $476 that the part wasn't covered and I have to pay for it. I told him I'm not paying for that and then I'll call my lawyer. They then called me back and told me I don't have to pay for the part I just have to pay $358 because that's what the Cadillac dealer charge them. First of all the Cadillac dealer told me it was 260, secondly I'm only supposed to pay half of repairs.

I already paid for two tows plus a couple thousand that I paid on the car already. I asked them to defer payments since I only have the car in working order for 2 weeks out of the last 7 weeks. I explained that since I drive for a living I was unable to work all that time that they had my car. Mr. Bob and Tony both told me that it's not their problem and they can't control how long it's the Cadillac dealer to fix it. I asked them why it's at in their lot for two weeks before they even sent it over to the Cadillac dealer but they didn't have an answer. I also want to know why they said they fix it the first time when they didn't. You don't get any answers from these people they just lie and lie and steal and steal. Since I had already explained the situation about me not working and ask them to the further payments but they said they couldn't help me so in other words they just wanted to take my money like they did and they wanted me to give them more money because they knowingly sold me a piece of junk. Don't go to this dealership if you want to save yourself a headache. They sell you junk and double their prices, they lie cheat and steal. And then when you're down and out and ask them to work with you they expect you to give them more money instead of trying to help
