Who Represents Took money monthly for subscription even after 5 months of trying to cancel & 4 refunds on paypal complaint resolution ripoff Internet
I signed up for a subscription to access contacts/agents for well known people. I could not log in right away as promised, so I waited a couple of days thinking they were just poorly maintained. I still could not log in so I emailed them with no reponse. After 11 emails with no response & still unable to log in I became angry & cancelled my subscription.
They took their subscription fee from my paypal account the next month as if nothing was wrong. I was furious & emailed multiple times with angry emails, but still no response. I filed a report on Paypal Websote & they were able to get one month back, even though I was out for 2 months now. I figured I would cut my losses & be happy it was over, but the next month they took the money again!! I went straight to paypal, filed the complaint & after a few days they refunded the payment. I sent angry emails to paypal for letting someone they knew I wanted deleted from my account take money again...but next month - THE SAME!
I couldn't believe the brave nature of these idiots at Who Represents. They KNEW I was disputing monthly & they had received over 20 emails from me to all 3 of their contact email addresses, billing, contact us, & technical problem, but still kept trying to take the money! I continiued playing the refund game for 5 months straight & just now, the 6th month, I went to their site as usual when they take the money from my account & they had put a log in to paypal to cancel your subscription button. It never worked when I cancelled it on paypal before, but I tried it again.
Then I immediately opened a new window & changed my password through paypal. These guys should be shut down. When I emailed about my not being able to log in, they would send me an email with my password & username, which I already knew. I tried many many times to log in & I obviously didn't accidently punch in the wrong info that many times in a row & that many different days.
They are just a rip off & everyone should know it!
