Purchased and Otterbox Defender for my iphone 4s. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The item came in a plastic baggy not the packaging for a new iphone Otterbox. I own one allready and was just replacing it. The item was not as advertised, it was clearly fake. I sent multiple emails but the only response was an automated email stating they would reply within 3 days. No reply was ever received. There are no phone numbers to contact them directly.
