I am an event promoter in Virginia and we have had numerous complaints about him. His name is George Kise and he has operated under the names Bugs and Wildflowers, and Toothpicks and Broomsticks. Earlier this year we sent him a certified letter that he was banned from all future shows with my company.
Several of our consumers have had received their merchandise finally by contacting the Attorney General in Syracuse NY. The AG has issued George a Cease and Desist order that he may no longer do business in the state of NY and he must complete any unfulfilled orders in 60 days or face more serious charges.
