Complaint Review: Wilfred Curtis & Stacy Lorrelle James - Ocean Shores Washington

I cannot tell this story in 600 words or less so PLEASE bear with me and I pray that you print this story so that these people are exposed for the frauds that they are. Wilfred Curtis James and his wife Stacey Loralle James moved to Ocean Shores WA in June 2008 from Beaverton OR after the house they lived in there in Oregon was foreclosed on and were attempting to hide from his former girlfriend after taking her kids from her. I was a friend of theirs for about 12 years and at the time did not know their situation and helped them find a house here in Ocean Shores because my family and I already lived here. At first, they had no problems, but when September came around, they became late with their rent payment to the owner of the house, Mr & Mrs. David Hutton of Seattle. I have become good friends with the Huttons and have been trying to help them evict because as of this day (January 11, 2010) they have not paid any rent payments to the Huttons and after several attempt to get them out of the house the Huttons were forced to let their house get taken back by the bank that held the mortgage on it. Mr & Mrs. James kept telling the Huttons that they were getting a "big" Insurance settlement and would pay them the back rent that they owed but it never came. Back in September of 08 Mr. James had asked me if he could "borrow" $3300.00 from me and my wife but told me that it was to fix their car and that he would repay us when he gets his monthly check from his settlement that he told us that he had, (being close friends I believed him) after some hesitation we loaned him the money and he was to repay us in October 08. Well October came and went and we were not repaid. It is now 2010 and I had to take him to small claims to get our money. But even though I won the judgment against him I have still not been able to collect because he does not have a job, he does not a bank account, and pays cash for anything that he buys so I have no way of collecting. But this does not end there, in November of 08 he was in an accident with my wife and claimed that, she hit him on purpose, causing him to roll his truck and injuring him and his son, (who was in the truck with him). Mr. James's wife Stacey was riding with my wife in her car at the time of this accident. He told the police that my wife was "highly Intoxicated" and hit his truck on purpose. I told him that if my wife was so "highly intoxicated" why did he let his wife Stacey, (who was pregnant at the time) ride in the car with my wife. The State of Washington has charged my wife with Vehicular Assault because Mr. James is claiming that he got hurt in this accident but our insurance company has had him under investigation and has proof that he is a fraud and has had several other "insurance" related claims for being "injured" on the job (this was when he had a job in Oregon). After the accident, I was still trying to get Mr. James to repay us the money that he owed us and he told the police that I was harassing him about the accident and got a restraining order against me so that I could no longer make contact with him to attempt to collect the loan. This restraining order has expired but I am still not able to collect from him because he still does not have a job. I am attempting to submit a writ of execution to the courts so that I might be able to have the Grays Harbor County Sheriff seize what ever property that he has so that it can be sold and we may be able to get paid from the proceeds but I have not got the money to hire an attorney to help me so I am trying to file this writ myself. So, these so-called friends of ours, or I should now say ex-friends have not only ruined our lives, but have also ruined the lives of Mr. & Mrs. Hutton by causing them to lose their house by refusing to pay their rent. Please, Please, Please, help us all by running this story in the hopes that Wilfred Curtis James and his wife Stacey Loralle James face the justice that they deserve and keep them from ever doing this to anyone else.
