willies automotive center willie flores this Bowman advertising group sells this special for 59.95 markdown from 599.95. I should of known then it was a joke. well i take the bait and take my car to Willies on North Lamar in Austin TX to ge austin, Texas
I took my car to Willies Automotive center on N. lamar in Austin TX to get an oil change and the owner purposly crack my radiator. My brother is a mechanic and works on my car monthly so i know when something is wrong because he will get on me about it. When I left the buisness my car was overheating and in worst conditon by the time I reached home. Had I would of lived farther I would of known because it would of overheated like it did this morning when I started it and ran it for longer than 30 minutes.
I called the shop immediatly and told them the problems and my concerns and they said bring it in and not only will they look at it but drain all the water I put in it to keep it from overheating and put coolant. Well I sent my sons father in there, because I figured they wont rip off a guy, well Willie the owner said I had to buy the antifreeze and he quoted me $439.00 to replace my radiator. My babys father told Willie to honor what he said over the phone because he could of got the quote over the phone, meanwhile the car was pouring hot water out of two spots on the radiator. He refused and then threatend him with calling the police because he said he would call 7 on your side and picket in the front of the store.
My babies father was soooo distraught and upset he cancelled the deal all the way out and split. BUT its far from over with. We asked the guy to be fair and meet us hAlf way. we asked how much was the labor on the install and he said 196.00 . He said he cant work that down. We asked if we bring our own radiator can he hepl us out for the inconvience, he said no and called the police and said he needed assistance to remove someone from his buisness, so he said "dont worry about it Iwill leave". That place is a joke Dont bring your car there, they will purposely damage your vehicle for repeat customers thats why there our offering the so called deal they have.

Lets just start of with this quote " My brother is a mechanic and works on my car monthly"
So your brother works on your car monthly and he cant do an oil change for you.
Your car must have alot of problems if it is being fixed monthly. Also you stated the water was
leaking from 2 places in the radiator. So they put 2 holes in it.
Then you ask if you could bring in your own radiator and have them install it. What happened to
your brother who is a mechanic and works on your car monthly, why cant he install it for you.
I really do not think they broke your radiator, I think it was junk already and you were trying to get something for free.
You never state what year or model car you have, maybe because it is an older car and you just
wont admit that. Also if you had 2 holes in your radiator and it was leaking as bad as you say it was
You probably would not of made it back home.
SO TAKE YOUR LYING a*s SOMEWHERE ELSE
