Wills Handyman Services Unprofessional Work, Destroyed tile, Walked away from job Ripoff Plano Texas
Wills Handyman Services, where does one start? Well, he placed my tile in and didn't use spacers. The tile was crooked and spacing was way off. The job he did was unprofessional and looked amateurish at best. To place it bluntly, he did an absolutely horrible job and he verbally admitted it when I confronted him once he showed up.
In the utility room, there was parts where the tile was "jammed together" with no spacing. Additionally, my tile cracked in the kitchen since Will did not use enough mortar; thus, the tile laid on an uneven surface. The tile, very expensive tile I may add, cracked on the second day.
When I approached him with the problem, he first made stated that he can stop and walk away. Then, he offered to remove the tile and somehow came to the conclusion that he was going to keep the money I initially paid him to complete the job. He stopped removing the tile when I stated I am not going to pay him for destroying my tile and removing his unprofessional, questionable work.
He walked out leaving mortar all over my kitchen despite me, out of kindness, compensated him for removing the original linoleum and to cover his cost(sp?). Despite this, he leaves in middle of removing the mess he created. His parting argument was "Man, I have lost several days. You should pay me." He never took into account the hundreds I lost in tile that he messed up.
I will definitely not use him ever again and strongly advice you to do business with someone else.
