I'm being charged un-warranted de-activation fees. I'm being charged for services after my transfer to Cingular. I'm being billed for a number I've never used.
I have received threatening mail, jeopardizing my credit standing. I have emailed, phoned, even written a letter, but can't can't reach anyone. This is not just a rip off, its extortion.
