Worldpay sent a firmware update to terminals on or around July 1st, 2015. Thousands of terminals went down including at all three of my businesses. My one terminal never came back up. I called in and they told me to wait another 24 hours.

It still did not come back up and they claimed the terminal would never be able to be used again.

After a few weeks of going back and forth with them, I finally ordered a new terminal. However they never fulfilled the order.

Finally, I switched companies. Now they want $495 to terminate a contract that was "auto renewing"
