Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

When you sign up they do not give you the whole truth that you are bound in a contract of 40 years with no way out.

The signup was done by docusign so it was click here, here, here, okay lets take a picture of the happy new owners.

The free trip was never given and it cost us $50.00 for so called taxes.

You will always be given the run around and if you by chance get a hold of anyone they will only try and sell you more.

You can not sell your travelshare only will it to family members so the only other alternative is to ruin your credit and default.

Please read this and do not attend any of their presentations. You can always purchase credits online on Ebay at a discount far below what you will have to pay for from this company.

No way to get your money back

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion, wish it would be that easy.

Once you are signed up (7 days to cancel) you are stuck with the loan and once the loan is paid you are still stuck with the maintenance fees which increase every year. The maintenace fees are based on the amount of credits you purchased. If you don't have many ( minimum is 7000) you can't get any decent rooms and if you purchase more your fees go up. It's a lose, lose, situation for you and a win, win situation for WorldMark by Wyndam. We just do not want anyone else to fall victim to this scam of an operation.

You only have 7 days to cancel your contract and unfortunately for us we blew our deadline thinking that we would use this. So far it has cost us over $20,000 and we haven't had a trip from them. When we came to our senses and tried to get out, day 9 we, were told... oh too late.

The contract last 40 years on the maintenace fees so since we are in our 60's and 70's looks like it will outlive us.

Spoke to all rungs of the ladder and every answer bacially is too bad you have a legal contract and you are bound by it. Attention any lawyers out there that want to start a class action suit we will sign.

If you ever see them at the home shows, just walk away, no better to run.

Worst mistake we ever made and hope no one else falls for it.

go there with some friends and convice the  person responsible to give  you your money back. ( on his way to his car in the parking lot is the best place to do this)
