WOZO Posters LLC WOZO Ripped me off! Internet
WOZO Posters LLC, has quite the reputation eh? They took my money for a special ad that I visited via Swagbucks, for a $.99 poster for joining their email list so that they can email me about future promotions and offers. A few days later, on a holiday no less, a $29.99 charge appeared on my account!!! I called WOZO. A representative cheerfully told me that a higher up superviser would contact me regarding my claim. That never happened. I was told that they normally refuse to reverse the charges because I had 4 days to cancel my "membership". What membership?? I signed up for periodic emails. Thru a SWAG BUCKS promotion!!! I can no longer get into their website, my account has been CANCELLED, but still i am left with $30.98 in charges I never agreed to! I am lucky enough to have a bank that is outstanding, and they will reverse the charges within 7 days. Due to unauthorized charge. By WoZo. I will also tell you, I havent recieved a single poster! How can a company keep ripping people off and get away with it??? I did file a report with BBB, and I suggest you do it too. I'd bet there are more angry customers than report it here. Bring on the class action!!!

To TRS......You & I both. I also reported them to BBB & have been giving some advise/info to others who were not so savvy about how to get their money back. I am waiting for any class action suit against wozo so I can join & encourage others. By numbers & united, we can win & bring down those who prey on us. Good Luck.
