This site promised to be free, even gloated about being able to bring you such content for FREE. Then they charged me $1.00, followed by a charge for $6.95 a few days later. Afterwards I cancelled my account willing to charge it off as a bad investment after realizing I was being ripped off. Then AFTER cancelling my account, I get charged again for $9.95. I've already sent an email to them, and would like them to stop charging me for usage that I can't even access anymore...

You guys are liars, no wonder theres so many reports on you.

You are confusing your facts Logan. You have your complaint listed as : WPI*iFriends myfreepaysite.com iFriends is not part of myfreepaysite.com. iFriends has advertisment on the website of myfreepaysite.com. Leo was trying to offer you information about your situation, and all you could do is come back with a rude response. You didn't pay for anything on the website myfreepaysite.com. You did, however, obviously click on a link for iFriends. iFriends has content that is both free and premium content that have some kind of varying charge. In order to participate in iFriends, you have to provide information and the cost at this point is $1.00. This dollar charge is NOT for any premium content. You had to have entered the information in order for them to charge you the dollar.......they cannot magically charge you a dollar. Once you were into the member area on iFriends you must have clicked onsomething that is considered premium content in order to get charged anything but the initial dollar. And before you even come back here and try to claim that you didn't click on this or you didn't click on that and that they "took" your money it just aint so. Every area that has premium content where there may be an additioanl fee is clearly stated and you have to actually click to accept these areas. You need to make sure that yo have your facts correct before you make accusations.

I'm not mixed up. I subscribed to myfreepaysite.com. In this site it has a webcam PREMIUM thing for webcam based content, provided by iFriends. Long story short...I DID NOT...I repeat DID NOT apply for the $1.00 charge of premium content on the iFriends thing. I did not want that premium charge. I looked around myfreepaysite.com and then stoped using it. Somehow the next month, I got the $1.00 charge anyway...followed by a few more charges. The company that billed me was WPI*iFriends Elite. I've written this off now as a bad porn investment. Yeah I said it, I'm not ashamed, I'm a guy and I look at porn. Lots of us do. What really made me mad was the fact that iFriends charged me even though I NEVER clicked their link or went to their site. I do find it awfully funny though that iFriends claims on the record that they have no affiliation with myfreepaysite.com, yet they have a link on the site....strange. Keep track of your back-linking before making statements. Anyway, I've written this off, you guys can scam all the people you want. I'm not interested in your apoligies, but you should really lay off the scamming.

Hi Logan, I think the problem may be that you have your URLs mixed up. iFriends is located at http://www.ifriends.com, NOT http://www.myfreepaysite.com iFriends is the largest webcam site in the world with world-class customer service and if you were just to contact their 24/7 support they would help you out right away. If you have any questions for MyFreePaysite.com, please contact us at: http://www.myfreepaysite.com/contact.html Thanks!

Hello Steve, I can care less what your rebuttal says, infact I have read many of these reports on the company you represent, and its always you replying, and its always the same message. Perhaps you have your rebuttal on a text document and you simply copy paste it, whatever. I don't care. You can take your 11 year spotless record and do whatever you want with it. I'm not suprised you don't have enough information to fix any of these problems, and when I asked for a refund your represenitive told me I can't have one, so again, whatever. If you want the disputes to stop coming in, stop charging ppl for a supposed FREE service...

We sincerely apologize for any misimpression that Logan may have about our services and our company. Unfortunately, due to the limited amount of information in this complaint, we were unable to locate an account matching the details provided by Logan. We strongly encourage Logan to contact our Customer Care Department so that we may cancel his accounts and refund the charges he has mentioned in his complainy. Our Customer Care Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726. To create an account with iFriends, a user must provide valid credit card and other personal information, and must give his or her affirmative consent to a $1.00 charge to the credit card. This validates the card and the information provided. The charge is prominently disclosed in advance. Although we do not have information about the account that Logan created, it appears, from his description of events, that he chose to enroll in an upgraded premium membership. We have several different levels of premium membership available, which carry a monthly charge. The charges for these types of memberships are clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and in order to create an account of this type, a customer must participate in numerous click-throughs to indicate his acknowledgement and consent to these charges. In addition to iFriends, Logan mentions the site myfreepaysite.com. Our company is not associated in any way whatsoever with this site. If Logan has received charges from myfreepaysite.com, he will need to contact them directly to resolve the situation. Our company has a spotless 11-year-record with all of the leading consumer protection agencies, and we are an industry leader in the development of model online consumer best practices. Every one of our web services is verified by TRUSTe to be on its sealholder list of "the most trustworthy online businesses." Our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to provide each customer with complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes.
