WSJ wine Wall Street Journal at Wine Disrect Purchased 2011l Las Barrasca Gran wine - 15 bottles at $15.29 each plus $19.99 shipping.deliver. On 8/9 purchased the same wine by the case from another at $12.95 per bottle and free shipping.
Old customer of WSJ. Took weeks to deliver order. The order on 8/9 Friday arrived today 8/11 Monday by Fed Ex.
Called customer service at WSJ and told of price descrepancy. They refused price adjustment although they advertise they are price competitive and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
