1. 2005 school located mockingbird plaza
2. Our assumption is someone signs a contract but does not pay even a small downpayment it is generally assumed by the entire world of business that it is not a contract and the person who signed the conract was not being honest. We do not expect that person to return and so our policy to not let our paperwork out.
3. It may seem trivial to the unenlightened in business but in Martial Arts, some small timer who is uneducated or does not have their own paperwork will feign interest and do similarly to get something they did not work to make. The Wujido contract became the model contract for many schools, which is of course why we realized it was wise to not let them go.
4. This person is not a student, clearly was playing a game. it did not work out for him so he strikes back by smearing the school instead of respecting the school.
Abel, Don't recall this person but maybe he came to the school the play around, not serious.
5. However, it is an ABSOLUTE FACT WE GO OVER EVERY WORD OF THE CONTRACT IN MINUTE DETAIL AND EXPLAIN ANY PART OF IT WHY WANT EXPLAINED.
The standard interview is almost 1 hour, and more than 30 minutes is going over every detail of the contract. If he came by, he was completely versed in the terms after the explaination. No down payment, no copy.
Everyone who joins and pays the registration fee in whole or in part or agrees to terms of payment of said fee and initials it and puts down the first deposit no matter how small will get a complete and full color scanned copy given to him by the then front office mgr ShanShan Xiao.
So Abel has chosen his words carefully to spin a sinister and negative result.
Brilliant.
I am pleased for those who are reading these responses as I am explaining in great detail and clearly what our policy was and is, When I was active my administration was strict to follow all etiquette and ethics.
Thank you
