I thought I was getting an amazing deal when I found a Medela Pump In Style Advanced Breast Pump for $200 on this website beautance.com. So I order it and the next day I get an email with shipping information. The shipping was fast, it came in 2 days. I was so excited to open it but was so disappointed to see that what was in the box was not what i ordered! It was a Medela Freestyle Hands-Free Breast Pump that had the seal already broken. I carefully open the box and what i found was so discussting, I had to wash my hands after. The pump was clearly used. It even still had breast milk inside the tubing! They didn't even wash the pump before they sent it to make it at least look new. I honestly couldn't believe what i was looking at so i carefully put eveything back in the box and took it to the post office the next day and told them that I refuse to accept this package and to sent it back. Now they will not respond to my emails to tell me when they will give me my money back. I've never been riped off this bad and now i will never order anything online again! This company says on thier website 100% Satisfaction Or your money back no questions asked. Yeah right. Biggest lie I've ever heard! Never shop on this website. Ever.
