What I see on the google search engine is a website www.earth-2008-online.com. When I clicked on the site I was lead to believe that is was an updated version of GoogleEarth. I signed up for a download not realizing they had added other programs and the website url changed twice. Marketbill, then to Mymusicbill. When I downloaded the 'new' google earth I knew immediately I'd been hoodwinked. The only possible way of contact is with support. They said they had a no refund policy once the product key has been issued but you have to have the product key to download but what you find is free software. Their entire selection is free software which is a terrific way to phish for suckers. It's slick how they are using Google's search engine to put their foot in the door.

I copied all my emails and they told me I was eligible for a refund of your 'membership' within a 7 day evaluation period. After this period, we have a strict no-refund policy (Their note:) There is a non-refundable 9.95 USD processing and handling fee that is applicable to this purchase.

My last response was :Close my account. I'll pay the 9.95 I have no need for your software or services.

Their last email stated:

As per your request, we have approved your request for a refund. In accordance with our terms and conditions, the amount of 41 USD will be credited to your account which excludes our non-refundable processing fee.

I see on my credit card statement today they charged me 50.95...not the 9.95 they said they would. I will be disputing the transaction with copies of my emails and a block of these 'companies'.

As far as the rebuttal, known as 'Destructo'. I'll have to agree there are moments of weakness in any human being. Someday your 'perfect' self will find that deep cravat and I hope you find no one to turn to in your hour of need.

This site is a godsend to people who can educate themselves as to how to fight back. What procedures may help others. I'll only suggest, if you have nothing constructive to tell others, silence is golden.

In order to recieve a refund, your account must first be charged. your total balance was $50.95, then you were refunded your balance minus the $9.95 non-refundable fee.
