This company needs to be avoided please read my complaint letter below that I sent to Matt who hired us the extremely bad party bus.

I dont think it was asking to much for a partial refund or an explanation even a reply would have been something.

Please dont use this company there vehicles are nasty.

Dear Matt

 

I writing to express our disappointment with the party bus hire on the 19th of august 2010 from port huron.

The music system on the bus didn't work, we asked the driver if he could turn it on or fix it and he said he would take a look at it after the first stop but he was unable to do anything with it and didn't seem to care.

After looking at the sound system myself it was obvious the unit has not been working for sometime!

I dont understand why you would hire out a party bus with a broken sound system; If someone had told us it was not working we could have arranged a portable system to be taken with us.

The bathroom light was broken making it difficult for anyone to see what they where doing and all the girls onboard couldnt and wouldnt use the toilet during the journey back.

 

The driver didnt have a GPS or really know where he was going and required assistance with directions continually.

The suspension on the bus was poor to say the least and the air conditioning didnt function.

   

When we got back to port huron at 3.15am the driver said to my fiance that we owed more money because we have gone over our time slot, my fiance said this is incorrect because we had it booked until 3.30am, the driver disagreed and produced his paperwork and it said 3am with the 30 changed with a pen to 00 he then asked for an extra $150 so my fiance went to get her paperwork sent out by you stating 3.30am and showed it to the driver.

The driver continued to ask for extra money even though our original paperwork had not been corrected with a pen like his own.

 

I have a company myself and I understand it isnt easy running a business but I feel the bus was not a high enough standard for the money we paid and I believe we deserve to be compensated as this did effect our enjoyment of the evening.

As for the bus driver the main reason for telling you what happened is to make you aware of the scam he is attempting with your customers that will undoubtedly ruin your reputation if continued.
