offerpal.com Offerpal Does NOT credit points as promised Internet
Offerpal offers you points for completing their "offers" - such as surveys or special deals. Well - they get a bunch of people calling you, sending you spam and even mailing you things THEN do NOT credit you for your points or whatever reward you are to get for using their system. They did credit me partially after nearly a month of emails that included me sending them email confirmations, invoices, and even pictures of the products. Only then did they "claim" to credit me - which I never did receive - and even that was only partial to what I was suppose to get.
They are horrible at customer service - slow and unhelpful. The whole concept would work if they got their act together - in the meantime, as a company I would NOT use them to bring you customers and as a consumer I would use something more credible like (((REDACTED))) or xxxx.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
