Bought a monitor (x2gen 19") at Micro Center based on the price with the rebate ($50). Sent everything in as required in July. Web site found by submission but subsequently shows no changes. "Your rebate is being processed." Phone answering people tell me the system is down, call back in 2 weeks. Then the web site goes down permanently. Email to x2gen itself is unanswered. Micro Center says they will look into it. A cached web page says:
